Event was used when only theocratic rulers had rites traits and opinion between Latin and Greek rites was set manually, event ID has since been reused to hand out rites traits on_birth

Now we simply forcibly add non-faction members and prevent anyone in the faction from leaving (done with the diplomatic_immunity effect)

Attempt to fix the formatting of all the localization files. Kept together in one commit for ease of reverting later.

CleanSlate has variable localization and thus doesn't use the same key. Imported the key from vanilla.

A-hunting we will go. Helps if you actually trigger the event. Various other cleanup included that was done as part of the investigation into the cause.
