Add a command for downloading a new release based on your OS and platform.

Proposed solution

It mostly benefits users who use gh in headless envs. So, the command should replace, lets say, (1.1) opening release page in GUI env to retrieve latest release url / (1.2) curling release page and grepping release url, than (2) running wget in headless env to download the latest archive.

Additional context

I thought about gh update, but as I wrote above, the command should only download the latest release. gh release latest?
