Publishing to PyPI urgently needs an overhaul.

The code there is a rather old version of DPRS and dates back to a very different structure. Consequently the README has multiple broken links.

The first task is to redo the PyPI branch and get the multiplatform builds to work. Then the push to PyPI. Along the way, the README should be simplified and link to main docs and the live demo. Then the unittests branch will need to be updated so that the GitHub badges can be generated.
