  2. macOS 26-only: remove legacy prefs + Settings package 

    - Bump deployment target to macOS 26 and remove legacy Settings/UI paths

- Delete storyboard-based Preferences controllers and unused menu handler

- Remove Settings SwiftPM dependency and update Package.resolved

- Keep onboarding storyboard; Preferences now uses SwiftUI PreferencesWindowController

- Add DisplayControlInfoProvider for display settings cards
