I always forget follow through with all of the changes needed when forking/cloning this project, so when I look through the documentation of a forked project there are sections that aren’t relevant.

Describe the solution:
can we have an action that runs when the first commit is created

• adds issues for each step/file we can change so we can close them as we do them?

Describe alternatives you've considered:

• PRs maybe? with custom checklists to be completed before it can be merged?
