- Update dotnet/dotnet to the latest runtime -- Ran update dependencies on the april 10.0.6 build dotnet#6052
- Create 10.0.4xx branch in templating, sdk, and dotnet/dotnet (will require JIT elevation
- Update implicit versions in SDK for 10.0.3xx to automatically updating ones
- Update implicit versions in SDK for 10.0.4xx to April versions
- Update codeflow configuration in sdk/templating (2xx will ship one last time in May so timing of this may require two edits)
- Update loc branch
- file a loc change of branch work item internally following https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/blob/main/documentation/project-docs/Localization.md instructions
- Create subscriptions and default branches (use tool for this)
