The proposal is to reenable PoW mining which had previously expired at 50 days after the blockchain inception. Advantages include: 1) allowing the mining community to participate in the Droxne ecosystem, 2) strengthen the security of the network with a hybrid PoW/PoS consensus method, 3) expand the distribution of ownership of Droxne shares
