UPDATES AND SUPPORT

1. Updates are provided at FDEV LLC's discretion and may require additional fees.

2. Support is provided according to the license tier purchased.

3. FDEV LLC reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of

law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this License

shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in

Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the parties hereby consent to the personal

jurisdiction and venue therein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes

all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the subject matter hereof.

This License may only be modified by a written agreement signed by both parties.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable, such provision
