Material 3 comes with an updated/expanded typography scale to allow for more flexibility. We will be updating the text theme to support this.

The summary of the changes:

• Renaming existing text styles so they are grouped into 5 categories with small, medium, large size #93725
• Introduce 2 additional text styles for a total of 15 #93725
• Add a new Typography constructor that provides updated default values for each text style for Material 3 #97829
• Migrate ListTile TextTheme TextStyle references to Material 3 #102075
