Broflake is currently only enabled for developer builds of Lantern Desktop. We'll just get people to run it, make sure we have some uncensoreds on the network, make sure metrics are consistently reporting sane and meaningful values, poke it vigorously and make sure it doesn't fall over. During this sprint we also need to rename the product and get it ready for real users, because that's coming next!
