We're presently looking for the .github/rally.yml file and specifying the master branch. I don't think it's necessary to specify the branch unless we're looking for something other than the default. As we look to keep things compatible with future changes in light of our effort to move to main, it's probably better to leave out these two lines and allow the app to use the default branch.
