Presumably these were added to fix some other game at one point - has that been tested? Anyway, I think it's fine to get this in. |

Well it was an attempt to slow down things on games that were getting 60 FPS instead of 30 FPS (ie. Bleach/Fate Unlimited games) but didn't have much effects, so those games probably have a different issue (ie. the thread that responsible for rendering frames and supposed to wait/sleep until the next frame got prematurely woken up may be) |

Confirmed #14506 has been fixed with this build. |
