Refreshing the Android Build

Run the script import_assets.sh, to
- copy the www folder into Android assets
- copy the manual.pdf in the resources folder into the asset folder
Open MMEAndroid with Android Studio, then
- check if the text in the explanation boxes are the same as described in resources/text_explanation_boxes.txt
- produce a new build
