Used lcache

Expected behavior

I would have expected lcache to periodically cleanup sets and also clears.

Actual behavior

Currently for sets and clears all the sets/clears are retained and I wondered if that is the correct behavior.

While this is great for statistics, I am not sure this is correct to keep duplicate sets/clears in the DB.

Might also be just a D7 problem.
