I would like to have access to gateway (v 0.1.0) and loomcoin-gateway (v 0.1.0) plugins as binary blobs to sideload (via contracts plugin folder) in my own compiled loomchain binary.

The motivation is I want to collaborate in the CLI development. This is a blocker for me. I can not run loom without them because they are defined in project's genesis.json
