There should be a processor option for defining the default collection mapping strategy in a global manner.

Alternatively, we could get rid of defaultComponentModel and unmappedTargetPolicy and rely on at @MapperConfig exclusively for shared mapper configurations. I'd even think that makes actually more sense. @sjaakd, @agudian WDYT?
