Problem

This is a nice tutorial on making an infographic that could probably be modernized a bit to show off functionality.

Suggested improvement

• use annotate and bar_label
• replace pyplot vs OO section w/ link to where that's discussed in user guide
• put final image at top to make clear where the tutorial is going/as selling point
