Make CFBundleIdentifier dependent on package name if not set in options. Fixes issue #130.
CFBundleIdentifier will look like this
com.node-webkit-builder.[packagename]wherepackagenameis the lowercase, striped of[^a-z\-]version ofCFBundleName(see Apples guidelines).
