Ways to contribute:

• Add a Question/Answer

• Add a question (without an answer)

• Add/modify an answer to a question

• Add references as an answer or as part of an answer

The answers to some of these questions may be scattered about Twitter or forums. If you know of some good places to go on this scavenger hunt, please post them in this issue.
