By contributing to SpecFact CLI, I grant Nold AI (or its designated legal entity) a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and sublicense my contributions under any license they choose, including for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

This license allows SpecFact CLI to integrate my contributions into future versions of the software, including proprietary, enterprise, or platform offerings, without requiring additional permission.

As far as the law allows, my contributions come "as is," without any warranty or condition, and I will not be liable for any damages related to these contributions or their use.

TL;DR: You're letting us use your code however we need to, including in commercial versions. No liability on you.
