The virtual machine's domain name is resolved to the wrong IP address. #2373

Describe the bug
As can be seen in the picture, there are three red boxes, which are the real IP addresses of the domain name resolution and the virtual machine respectively. It is obvious that the resolution has been directed to the wrong IP.
### To Reproduce
Run docker run -p 80:80 in the virtual machine.
Access orb-ubuntu.orb.local in Chrome on Mac.
Run docker stop in the virtual machine.
Access orb-ubuntu.orb.local in Chrome on Mac again.
