  1. Add support for truncated files, like tail -f

    + Added a simple logging thing
    
    This implementation is broken:
    1. Prints an empty line after truncation
    2. Bad behavior when overwriting with other content (echo foo > /tmp/my_tailed_file). tail -f also has a bad behavior in
    that case, but this one is worse, I suspect.
