Hi, very good project
It will be interesting have a python version flag when calling lambda-layer binary. This allow us to generate a layer for a specific python version.
I've installed lambda-layer in multiple python versions (3.7 & 3.8), but when we call the binary, lambda-layer always runs with the same binary (python)
