Release v1.14.1 - Bugfixes

* Fix to spec test. Functionality change was merged, but the spec test
  was forgotten and this prevented CI from passing.

* Support more minor versions of Puppet v4 explicitly.

* Continue supporting Ruby versions &lt; 2
