Add Amazon SE region to Marketplaces Enum #201
Description
Like in #145, we've now received the Marketplace ID for Sweden, for which Amazon expects to open up its seller central interface in the coming few days.
Amazon MWS Endpoint: mws-eu.amazonservices.com
SE Marketplace ID: A2NODRKZP88ZB9
It's not yet listed in https://docs.developer.amazonservices.com/en_US/dev_guide/DG_Endpoints.html though. I'll update this issue as soon as it is!
Can you add support for Amazon SE to Develop/Master?
