Enhancement: routing localhost traffic through a proxy

Setting `true` to network.proxy.allow_hijacking_localhost solves that.
I left another [comment](https://github.com/rNeomy/proxy-switcher/issues/38#issuecomment-2923032279) about it in another issue.
