Key Findings

  1. 130+ military HF frequencies documented across Army, Navy, and National Guard — all monitorable with a $30 SDR
  2. 3 cross-branch shared frequencies — monitor one branch, hear all three
  3. VeneSat-1 satellite is dead ($390M) — regime now broadcasts propaganda through American Intelsat satellites
  4. Five-country intelligence pipeline fully mapped: China → Cuba → Venezuela ← Russia ← Iran
  5. ALBA-1 submarine cable (1,630 km) is the physical backbone connecting Caracas to Havana SIGINT stations
  6. Every air defense system failed on January 3, 2026 — Chinese radars jammed, Russian SAMs not even connected
  7. HF radio was the only C2 that survived Operation Absolute Resolve
