Web Platform Baseline, or just baseline for short, is an effort by the W3C WebDX Community Group that provides clear information about which web platform features work across core browser sets. CSS @starting-style is a feature that became "newly available" baseline in 2024, for example. It is quickly gaining adoption everywhere and it's already supported by browserlist, eslint, chrome devtools, and even vscode.
Google analytics has a tool that allows the site owner to quickly make a decision on which baseline to target and it would be amazing if rybbit can do the same.
