Improvement Request

The maintainer of the WinRM library we use also maintains a WinRM CLI that hooks into the library to run one-off commands via WinRM. Since configuring WinRM to work with checks can be annoying to get right, we should mention in the documentation that this tool can be quite useful for testing connections, and why.
