Feature Request

The script used to add teams to Dynamicbeat works, but is a bit of a hack and doesn't work everywhere. In particular, it's essentially unusable on Windows unless you're running WSL. The script should therefore be converted to a subcommand to Dynamicbeat that will do the same tasks of loading check files from a path, templating specific variables, and loading them into Elasticsearch.
