  1. Remove notes and redirect site to seraf.dev 

    Remove all Quartz content (Tawheed notes, index, Notes.md) and replace
with a simple HTML redirect to seraf.dev. Simplify deploy workflow to
skip Quartz build and serve static redirect pages directly.
