Creating a Splitgraph image from MongoDB

This example will:

Create a MongoDB container with some sample data
Mount the Mongo collection as a schema on the Splitgraph engine
Create a new image from the staging table, "freezing" the collection.

Running the example

../run_example.py example.yaml and press ENTER when prompted to go through the steps.
