Description

This ticket is about only removing the EXPERIMENTAL part in EXPERIMENTAL_FILE_HEADER and EXPERIMENTAL_FILE_FOOTER in Airflow and Superset to add custom python code.

We decided in the planning that we stop refining (see tickets below) and "just do it".

We had some discussion about a "proper" stabilization (just here for reference) in terms of naming, using proper hooks etc.:
