Usability Improve behavior when APIKEY, SECKEY, URL are not present or invalid #2
Description
I get [2013-11-13 15:10:11 -0800] DEBUG StackMate::CloudStackSecurityGroupAWS undefined method `request_uri' for #URI::Generic:0x007fa9439c02e0
when URL is missing
APIKEY and SECKEY errors are sometimes silent.
