Check on database script operations

- Right now there is an unexpected issue (non visible error) with push when revision files are present. It's unclear what's happening. It should report errors if unable to alter.
- Also double check `install`, `migrate`, `purge`, and `uninstall` scripts to make sure they all clearly explain what's they are doing when executing (consider verbose flag).
