Define channel input limite

Hello.
Where are the channel limits taken from?

#define CRSF_CHANNEL_MID 992
#define CRSF_CHANNEL_MAX 1810
```

I'm used to these values in flight controllers varying between about 1000-2000, so it's strange to me.
