Ultra fast Switch ticket decryptor that outputs a title.keys file compatible with hactool and Ryujinx and my new tool, SwitchExplorer.

Usage: For initial setup do TikTok.exe -setup PRODINFO.bin, and for each subsequent use simply do TikTok.exe ticket.bin, or drag-and-drop the ticket.bin file onto the executable.
