- No transactions
- Reference to the old chain (e.g. final hash)
- Public Keys of the BFT validators
- Minting new token emission
- (consolidating old tokens by owner?)
- Vesting
- Hashrate adjustments - less sensitivity to fluctuations
- Inflation (5% annually, then -> 2%, details TBD)
- Block time (e.g. 20 min)
