Describe the bug

This does not happen when I play in different steam clients across my devices. Like a PC rig, laptop and a steam deck.

Steps to reproduce

Steam client 1: have a list of recent games with a game that is not showing
Steam client 2 (GameNative): play the game that is not in the recent list
Steam client 1: verify the game pops in the list

Expected behavior

the game played shouldnt pop in the "Recent Games" of other Steam clients using the same account.
