  1. build(orm): fix standalone CI by fetching core/db only 

    - Avoid configuring Vix umbrella to prevent target collisions
- Fetch Vix sources and add only modules/core and modules/db
- Support monorepo and standalone layouts cleanly
- Fix duplicate vix_orm and example targets in CI
