Problem or motivation

Components would be more useful if they could have boolean variables to control optional elements. An obvious use case would be to control visibility of some part of the component.

Alternatively for this specific usecase, it would be acceptable to have an new 'Conditional visibility' option that allowed you to select a variable and some condition e.g. 'has content' or 'has no content'

Proposed solution

New conditional visibility option using component variables would probably be good enough
