  1. Add start.html and star.css for starburst animation feature 

    - Created start.html to serve as a test page for the starburst animation.
- Implemented a button to trigger the starburst effect and a back link to the main site.
- Added star.css for styling the starburst elements and animation keyframes.
- Established a responsive layout with a dark background and centered content for better user experience.
