For the Carmel Clay Public Library, we are building a website extension to handle teen nominated "Choice Picks."

To run this properly, follow these steps:

1. Install npm package handler.
2. Use npm to install react on local machine.
3. Download this repo using git bash.
4. Use the command prompt to navigate to proper directory.
