should record hotkey stay mandatory?
maybe an option to make some hotkeys not "global windows" but instead "application only"
(for example using [<-] / [->] for skipping but only when application is in focus, there could be some useful default hotkeys, but THOSE MUST BE APPLICATION ONLY, dont pollute with too many global hotkeys)
- hotkeys can be global (app focus does not matter)
- hotkeys can be application only (main window has to be in focus)
- if hotkey is set to global user can decide whether hotkey is "final" (window event chain continues...)
