Lauren Koval 4/15/2019 Extracts the available chemical names (as of 2/6/2019) from the EU Pesticide Databse- Active Substances, and adds additional information. A csv is generated which is to be uploaded into Factotum. Extraction used tabula-py version 1.1.1 in Python 3.7.2.
