Hi there, Thanks for the great tool! I was wondering if you have any insight on how much one can "trust" the species-level assignments if we use the Silva db with NanoASV. I was reading that SILVA doesn't curate species-level assignments https://forum.qiime2.org/t/silva-138-assigning-incorrect-species/21775. Does that mean we should perform any downstream analyses at the genus-level or higher?
