  1. Add Timing-specific SQLite compiler flags for macOS 

    Adds two critical flags to match CocoaPods configuration:
- SQLITE_MAX_VARIABLE_NUMBER=200000000 (for long filter queries)
- SQLITE_DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE=4096 (performance optimization)

All other CocoaPods flags are already covered by the default traits
in the Swift 6.1 trait-based configuration system.

Based on original/main (SQLite 3.51.1) which includes recommended
compile-time options and is newer than CocoaPods version (3.51.0).
