Currently we have a citation on the main page of the tutorial. For example, on https://knowpulse-knowledgebase.github.io/Laboratory-Protocols/ you see

This is great when people link to the full tutorial, but sometimes publications link to a specific episode as their methods. In these cases, it can be unclear who the authors are or how to cite the information.

We would like to embed this citation on every page. Ideally this will be defined once and then embedded repeatedly so as to ensure everything stays in sync.
