• Removed broken tag from sim item and made vehicle class not call that method since it is not used anymore, now we just tell BrokenItem in vehicle what part is broken to keep things simple.

• Remove broken flag from sim item since it is never used. We directly tell vehicle what the broken item is rather than keeping some lookup of parts that are broken. This made the checks much easier.
