Add a log viewing tab in webserver.

Implementation Details

• Re use editors code to load files.
  • Make it read only.
  • filter files to .log files
    • Make that filter actually customizable but warn that it should not changed unless user knows what they are doing.
    • Default filter made
  • Auto refresh at a configurable interval (Not a browser refresh but a file refresh in editor)
